Becareful of Maxis Billing
Maxis unbilled amount has not been accurate for more than one month. I am on Maxis family plus plan, and have a monthly commitment fee of RM225 per month. Naturally, my family members and I constantly check the unbilled amount to know how much we have spent. For the month of June, Maxis has reported unaccurate Unbilled amount.

Bad Product Quality : Please Improve
Recently my mother purchased a proton persona at Maha mega in tanjung malim. However to great dissapointment during the delivey of the car to our house the proton persona had some technical problems whereby it required them to tow the car.

This was two weeks ago. I had to constantly call up proton i.care for the update. How could this happen to a brand new car? We did not even have the opportunity to drive the car yet and something like this happens.

Last friday Ms Nurul head of customer service notify us that the car was finally ready after 2 weeks! i have requested for a new car and nothing has been done. I do not want a car that already has alot of problems and yet proton can not gurantee that the same problem will not occur.

Beban Faedah Kad Kredit
Salam.. Saya mencadangkan agar fomca mendesak bank negara mengembali polisi asal kadar faedah lewat bayar kerana ia akan menambah ammount baki dan ini menjadikan masalah berpanjangan kepada individu yang mengalami kesempitan kewangan. dan lagi saya agar fomca mencadangkan kepada bank negara hanya membenarkan hanya satu kad kredit dibenar bagi seorang bagi megelaka faedah berganda serta berdepan dengan masalah muflis.dan jika bole kad2 yand ada digambungkan bagi memudahkan pembayaran serta kearah menghadkan satu kad untuk satu individu. 
 
Honda : Power of Dreams or is it?
I am writing to notify you the defects and malfunction parts with our newly purchased vehicle Honda City 1.5 VTEC and to request that Honda Malaysia to repurchase or replace the vehicle. The car was ready to be pickup by me on 12th July 2008 at 6.00 pm and after paying the remaining down payment balance, I went to start the car planning to drive home. The car cannot be started and the SA and few other service center personnel suspect it was the battery problem.

Astro, please improve your billing system

My family was an Astro customer since many years ago.We have decided cancel this service and effective since Nov2007. However, Astro still send bill to my house and urge my family to make the payment.We have stop to pay this back on Apr2008.

Touch 'go' Unfair Terms

I have a Touch n Go card (purchased in 2001, where a deposit of RM15 was required). The TnC card has became dormant because I have stopped using it sometime in 2006 since my new Mykad had TnC feature enabled. On 9th July 2008, I visited TnC Hub at Taman Desa (TnG HQ) to reactivate the said card but I was shocked to learned that a RM5 reactivation fee and a \"Dormant fee\" ( Dormant fee was the term used by the lady at the service  ounter ) of RM5 every 6 months (total of RM20) is chargeable to my balance of RM24.50 (RM15 deposit + RM9.50 reload), in order to reactivate the card.

Complaints on imigration officer

The purpose of writing to the press is because I get no response from the Immigration Department and “warkahuntukpm” after writing my complaint to them. Two years ago, I just got my new international passport and I went to Singapore for my cousin’s wedding but unfortunately I got myself wet due to heavy rain. My passport was wet but it still looks good shape just for some watermark.  I was worried for the condition of my passport so I had to seek advice from the immigration office in Malacca.

Complaint on Pizza Hut shortchanging customers

On 5th July 2008, at 21:30, my family and I had our dinner at Pizzahut Pandamaran, Klang. We occassionally came to this restaurant because it is the nearest pizza hut to our place and my children like to eat pizza. Complaint - 100 days 100 cars competition is an illegal lottery and should be banned!
100 days 100 cars competition is an illegal lottery and should be banned! It is a direct replica of the 100 days 100 cars contest by Vodacom of South Africa, which was issued a cease-and-desist order earlier this year for ripping customers of millions of rands. A similar competition was conducted by Vodacom in South Africa earlier this year. The cellular operator was issued with a cease-and-desist order by the National Lottery Board on Monday against its controversial “100 cars in 100 days” competition, which it complied with. Complaint against Celcom's 100 days 100 cars Contest
I wish to bring to your attention Celcom's "100 days 100 cars" SMS Contest launched last week (2/6/08). Under this contest, each SMS costs a whopping RM5.00. The more SMS you sent, the more points you get, hence higher chance of winning the prizes. This is like using SMS to purchase lottery tickets. The mechanism of this contest resembles gambling, which I believe is illegal in Malaysia if without a license.
