I read on Metro, dated 16/01/2008 about vacancies available, and I found a number to call which belongs to Solar Vision Network, then on 18/01/2008, I gave a call to them, they asked me to come over the office. The office was located nearby Suria KLCC (Wisma Central), when I reach there, a personnel by the name Julia Farhana asked for my resume and certificates, then I hand it over to them, without further interview she said that she will call me back if there is any offer of the vacancies available (I applied for the post of General Clerk), actually I do feel weird due to they didn’t ask me my details as the ordinary process of interview.
After several days they call me back and told me a good news that I got a job at Sime Darby, so they asked me to come to their office to sign the agreement, I went and paid them RM182 as the processing charges. I put my hope on them, they promise me to wait for their call within 7 days. I waited and finally they called me to ask whether the Sime Darby has personally call me regarding the job or not. I said that I did not receive any call. Then he ask me to wait for at least until the 04/02/2008, due to maybe the Sime Darby got the problem. I waited but still until now they did not call me up to inform about the job, even they have guaranteed me that I would got the job within 7 days. Can anyone imagine how I feel? I am unemployed, I got rents to pay, I paid their charges of RM182 by borrowing my parents money. I felt like being cheated. its really hard to call the Solar Vision Network office actually. I called them a lot of times, but unreachable. I read one of the websites, that there were a lot of cases that people being conned by this Solar Vision Network, and some of them has made complaint to this website and also tribunal tuntutan pengguna. why still no action taken against them? Hopefully this complaint will get attention from your side, and help me to get my RM182 back, I still keep the copy of agreement that i've signed with them. Thank You.
