Dissapointed with Fireflyz ..... This is my 1st experience and also bad experience honeymoon trip with fireflyz. My flight is 11.20am from koh samui - subang, we have to check in 2 hrs early according to the hotel staff.i have been check in counter at 9.10am but queue up almost 1hr for checking due to a big team (almost 48 people) for group checking. There should be "group checking" counter (like other international flight) instead passegers queue up a long line. I was so surprise fireflyz doesn't has this kind of service.... Another surprise->> the baggage lane didn't separate up domestic / international flights & all mixed up...after 30 min, i hv another BIG BIG surprise : my luggage missed up then check out from 1 of the fireflyz staff, he feedback to me that "DON't KNOW & NO DIRECTION FROM THEM FOR REPORTING"!!! after asked around and realized that 16 of us missed up the luggage with same flight. After that, all of us go to fireflyz sales counter to make a report but the staff response to us that the person incharged on leave. They don't know what is the procedure....we tried get the duty manager but he/she seems like disappear and doesn't want to come down the sales counter and give us an acceptable answer. We have waited almost 1hr and getting no result from the staff, i really can't believed that this kind of service and attitude of the staff !!!All of us crazy waiting there until "Tan Sri" intercom duty manager and would like to talk to him face by face to sort out the problem...Do you think is it funny, as a duty manager why he won't come down meet customer and some more need "Tan Sri" go upstair met him???Why? is it this is a trained duty manager and the rest of staff??? is this kind of service we get???
