�I bought a chocolate bar yesterday, from Supermarket. Please find the attach file on my chocolate bar. The chocolate manufacturing date was 14-May-2010 and expiry date is 14-Nov-2011. Due to a small hole on the tin foil, there is mini cockroach and maggot on the chocolate.�
Who to blame!!! Manufacturer or seller??

Unhygienic premises will invite insects which can contaminate foods. According to Section 11 of the Food Act 1983 it is an offence for the premises which selling food fails to comply with hygienic requirements.

Manufacturers are also responsible to use good quality of tinfoil wrappers to wrapped chocolates to protect from insects.
