but tm berhad bill me again for that account, and recently i received letter from credit management company that stated they are to issue me lawyer letter because of the outstanding amount, i have write to them asking them to look into this, but there is no reply, would seek the help from nccc in this case. NCCC's Advice: Firstly, the complainant must clarify the status of the case because he has to assure that he has not used the account and also convince the company by showing a proof.
