Oleh kerana tidak dapat menggunakan servis yang dilanggan saya membuat aduan dan pihak pembekal telah memberikan pampasan kepada saya iaitu saya tidak perlu membayar servis pada 2 bulan yang akan datang (Julai & Ogos) Tetapi pada hari 09/09/09 pihak pembekal telah mengantungkan penggunaan saya kerana terdapat bil yang baru bagi bulan september dan apabila diperiksa saya terpaksa membayar RM198(bil termasuk bagi bulan Julai & Ogos Status of the case; Matter has been brought to the service provider. NCCC's Advise : We urged consumers to really check the coverage before you engage with any broadband service. Furthermore be sure that you are not trapped with any unfair contractual terms by the service providers such as long bond contract/agreements. If you face any problem with your service providers communicate via writing ie by e-mail, letter and fax. Avoid oral/verbal communication. Besides that if the matter is not solved after few attempts made please an approach organization which is there for consumers like MCMC and NCCC. |
